We allow returns within 30 days of receipt on products purchased on our website, with the exception of any product made custom. This includes adding additional terpenes, flavors, changing carrier oil, or making a product THC free. We must receive the returned item(s) before the refund is processed.
Refunds will include the amount paid for the product plus tax. We do not refund shipping costs.

DAMAGED ITEM(S) UPON DELIVERY
If the product was damaged upon delivery, plus send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org to verify.
All Packages are sent via USPS Priority Mail shipping. Orders are typically shipped out the same day if placed before 2:30 pm PST. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for products to be shipped. We will provide you with tracking once the shipment has been sent out. Please check your spam mail if you do not see it in your inbox.
We do not ship out on weekends. Delivery is an estimated 1-3 business days, but not guaranteed. Once the US Postal Service is in possession of your package, we cannot guarantee it’s delivery time.

There may be delays through the US Postal Service during the holiday and winter season due to high volumes of shipments and bad weather. Please order with ample time to avoid running out of your product before your next order.
