What is CBG?
CBG is often found early during the plants growth and later converted into different chemical structures. In fact, CBD, THC, and other cannabinoids start as CBG before converting into their activated compounds.
CBD and CBG are actually fairly similar. Both are non-psychoactive cannabinoids you can find in hemp and marijuana plants which offer a range of benefits when consumed.
While CBD is more widely known, CBG also has a range of effects which can help with many symptoms.*
For many, when finding CBD either did not work for them or could only find relief in high amounts, switching to CBG seemed to work better for them in smaller amounts.*

Suggested starting use:
Start with .25ml (1/4 of a dropper) 2-3 times a day spread out 5-6 hours apart. Increase slowly as needed for desired effects, or use as directed by a medical professional.

CBD didn’t work for me. I tried using it to relieve anxiety and calm me down, but it just wired me up and left me unable to sleep. My cannabis consultant suggested I try CBG from Myriam’s Hope and the CBG has worked great for me. I do have to take it before 2 pm or else it will give me insomnia.
I am taking both CBG and a benzodiazepine (Ativan) for anxiety. Benzo’s are terrible drugs and my doctors are helping me slowly taper off Ativan. I couldn’t do the taper without CBG. I’ve disclosed to my psychiatrist that I am using CBG, which is legal in my state and under federal law. Doc just says that she can’t advise me about CBG. I feel like I’m teaching her about cannabinoids. To the best of my knowledge, there are several clinical trials going on now with CBD but none yet with CBG. I’m very grateful that Myriam’s Hope offers a high quality CBG oil.
