Orders without customizations are typically shipped within 24 – 72 hours of when the order was placed Monday – Friday before the following cut-off times. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
Shipping Cut-off Times: Prepared shipments for the day ship out before 1:30 pm PST Monday through Thursday and before 11 am PST on Fridays.
Custom Orders: If you have a custom order, or added terpene blends to your product, your order may take up to 72 hours Monday – Friday before it ships out. You will receive an email with tracking once your order has been packaged and given to the postal service.

In most cases, we are shipping within a day or two, but please account for longer lead times during any deals, launches, or weekends/holidays.
Shipping couriers are currently inundated with orders due to the increased volume from retailers around the world switching to e-commerce practices. Please allow them extra time and patience with the delivery of your order.
We use the following carrier(s) to deliver our orders: United States Postal Service. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

Free Shipping on orders over $75 (before tax) – USPS. First Class Mail. Estimated up to 10-12 business days.*
USPS Priority Mail – Flat rate $7.50. Estimated 1-5 business days.*

Weather conditions and other factors out of our hands may delay your order, so please keep this in mind when placing your order. Once we hand packages to USPS, we are no longer in control of delivery estimates and are not responsible for delays. We do not issue refunds on delayed, lost, or stolen packages.
Orders will sometimes be marked delivered before actual delivery, so please wait at least 2 days after the marked delivery date before contacting us. At this time, we are unable to replace orders marked delivered if the order totals over $200.
Orders over $200: Due to the high volume of thefts of packages and issues with shipping, especially during the holiday season, signature upon delivery will now be required on ALL orders over $200 which will include a $2 fee.

If you would like to expedite and pay for overnight shipping, please call us BEFORE 11 am PST Monday through Thursday at (800) 683-4807 ext 1, and one of our support team will give you the proper shipping cost of your preference. We cannot overnight packages on Fridays.
If a tracking number is provided, you will receive it in a separate email from the shipping carrier via Stamps.com MH Shipping. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail may not have tracking numbers. If you do not find your tracking in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folders as well.
Orders over $75 before tax are entitled to free shipping. You may still opt for Priority Mail for $7.50.
Orders under $75 will have a flat rate of $7.50.

By agreeing to the terms and conditions you agree that you understand that the products purchased, whether consumable or topical, contain cannabinoids from hemp oil. Our manufacturing facilities and our products are manufactured according to FDA guidelines for cGMP standards for dietary supplements. As these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits from our products. If you decide to purchase our products, you do so based upon your own opinions as to any benefits these products may provide. Our products (See exceptions below) carry a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your product(s), you may return the unused portion of the product. If we receive a returned product within 30 days of the order, we will issue a full refund, minus shipping costs. Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.
We do not issue refunds on delayed, lost or stolen packages.
PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND: All custom-made products are non-returnable. Products with added terpenes and terpene boost blends cannot be returned, as they are custom formulated and mixed. CBDA is non-returnable if opened. Unopened CBDA tinctures may be returned within 15 days of delivery.
Due to recent 3rd party studies regarding certain cannabinoids and their possible effects on COVID-19 and its variants, we cannot guarantee the results these studies provide. For this reason, we cannot accept returns based on these claims.

Please be sure to include a copy of your invoice with your name and order number in order to avoid delays in your refund.

Restrictions: Subscription discounts cannot be combined with other discounts, including Compassion program discounts. If you are on one of our Compassion discounts, you are not able to use our subscription service.
Subscriptions already being processed are not able to be canceled. If you need to cancel your subscription, please do so BEFORE it renews. Once your subscription is processed, you may return the product for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
